One of the most popular ways for people to beat the heat during the summer months is to go swimming. Whether it’s at a pool or the beach, swimming is a summer activity that people of all ages will definitely enjoy. And for those people who can’t decide if they want to take a splash in a swimming pool or at the beach, there’s a water park in Subic Bay that offers all of that and more: Adventure Beach Waterpark.
In an episode of Plus Travels on Plus Media, Belen Q. Figueras, Head of Park Operations, Adventure Beach Waterpark, talks about the different water attractions inside the water park that visitors can enjoy to escape the summer heat. The Adventure Beach Waterpark is the only water park in Subic Bay that has pools, slides, and access to the beach, all in one place.
According to Figueras, the goal of Adventure Beach Waterpark is to provide their visitors and guests with a fun-filled experience both to families as well as to corporate and educational groups who tour the park. Another benefit of visiting the water park is its location, as it is inside the forest area, where guests can feel closer to nature while getting much-needed shade from the sun. The water park is spacious, covering a total of 7,455 square meters, and can accommodate 700 guests and 1,000 in tour groups.
The Adventure Beach Water Park has a total of 6 water attractions: the lazy river, which is 190 meters long and takes swimmers around the water park while swimming in floaters, the twister slide, two giant slides that cater mainly to adults, splash and play, which is for kids and young adults and includes the splashing see-saw, rainbow, and twist slides for kids, the aqua serein, which is a round pool for adults and young adults, the enchanted kidz shallow, which is the safest pool in the water park for toddlers and infants, and the beach side, which offers a view of the ocean.
Aside from a stunning view of Subic Bay, the beach side also allows guests to watch the dancing dolphins at Ocean Adventure, which is just beside the swimming area. In the end, Figueras invites potential guests and visitors to experience the fun-filled adventures that they offer at the Adventure Beach Water Park, which is open for families, corporate groups, educational groups, and people of all ages!
The admission fees to the water park are as follows: P688 for adults 8 years old and above, P528 for children aged 2-7 years old and P423 for PWD children, P551 for adults 8 years old and above (includes senior citizens and PWD), while children aged 1 and below can get inside free of charge.
