Roziny Anies

Roziny H. Anies is a mother with an advocacy to promote healthy lifestyle. She does not only focus on nutrition and physical fitness but also on mental health. She worked as a Physical Education and Health teacher at St. Scholastica's Academy - Marikina for 22 years. In 2016 she gave up her teaching career and chose to focus on her family especially on her daughter who is diagnosed with mental illness. Despite this, she continues her passion in teaching by giving talks on physical and mental health.
